Return or Exchange
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original condition within 14 days of the receipt. We will be happy to exchange the item or offer a full refund (excluding original delivery charge). Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty in which case the postage cost will also be refunded.
If you wish return or exchange, please contact us quoting your name and address and details of the item and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Postage & Packaging
We have a flat £3.50 charge for postage and packaging cost. All items are sent using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and signature is required on receipt.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are available to sign for the delivery of the goods, and that the delivery address provided is complete and correct.
Delivery terms
Although a small selection of items are held in stock, most of the silver jewellery items are handmade to order. If the item is in stock then it will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally within three working days of ordering.
For most silver pieces, they are made to order, the delivery is 3-4 weeks. Sometimes there can be a delay with hallmarking or gemstones may need to be ordered. We will always try our best to get rush orders done however this may not always be possible.
Customers who require the items for a special date should contact us to discuss their specific requirements.
International Customers
Please contact us if you wish to place an order outside of the UK. Online shopping via this site is currently only available for UK-based customers.
Payment
On placing an order through the website you will receive an email confirmation-receipt of your order. Online shopping transactions on this site are processed via PayPal. You will not be asked for your credit card details whilst on this site, and we will never see such details as these are dealt with by the payment processing providers.
Using PayPal, you do not have to be a registered PayPal user, however if you wish to sign up to an account there is an option to do this.

The colour of the jewellery that you see on the website depends on your monitor and may not be the exact colour of the item. Colour of the product may differ slightly from the image shown.
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any products on this site, or the descriptive information pertaining to any product. We also reserve the right to change prices at any time without giving notice of this. However once an order is confirmed the price will be adhered to, irrespective of the length of any elapsed time between this and the order fulfilment.
